Overview
pTrackly Co., Ltd is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information entrusted to us by our customers, employees, partners, and stakeholders.
Scope
Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) covers the development, maintenance, and support of SaaS applications, including cloud infrastructure management, customer and employee information, business operations, and supporting information assets.
The ISMS applies to all personnel, remote working environments, cloud-based services, and the registered office located at Lot 9, An Thuong 40, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
How We Manage Information Security
pTrackly manages information security through appropriate policies, processes, risk assessments, access controls, supplier management, incident response, business continuity practices, and continuous improvement activities.
We use cloud-based services such as AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub to support our operations, and we are responsible for the secure configuration, access management, and use of these services.
Our Commitments
We are committed to:
• Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements.
• Protecting customer and employee data, including personally identifiable information.
• Managing information security risks based on business context, threats, and operational needs.
• Ensuring employees and contractors understand and follow their information security responsibilities.
• Maintaining secure remote work practices and access controls.
• Responding to information security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Reviewing and continually improving the ISMS to ensure its ongoing suitability and effectiveness.
Policy Review
This policy is reviewed at least annually or when significant changes occur to the organization, services, systems, legal requirements, or risk environment.
